How do we create you a website?
This is a question we get asked A LOT! Whats the actual process, what do you as a client need to do, what do we do, and how long will it take.
Whilst there are a lot of variables that can affect this, the basics remain the same.

Planning
We discuss your overall goals, and then research your current and potential Digital Presence before presenting you with a proposal.
We can change this to suit your budget, and once approved…
Building
…From your images and text (or we can help with this!) we create a first draft of your site on our web server.
You can access this via a link, and provide feedback on any changes you would like.
Going Live
Once you have approved your site, we transfer it to your “www” domain name (yes we can help set that up too!).
We follow a Quality Control checklist to make sure all the bells and whistles are working, and your site is saying Hello to Google.

- check your website regularly for updates and security (to make sure you have best protection from hackers)
- run advertising (Pay Per Click or PPC) on Google, Facebook & Instagram and YouTube
- Set up and manage Email newsletters
- Set up and manage Social Media Accounts
- Video editing

So how long does it take?
We’ve gotten websites live in as little as one week! Our longest website to date took over 2 years (the client did spend quite a bit of time thinking about it though!).
As a guide :
if you have your content ready, your website should take less than 4 weeks to complete.
If you need content assistance, or have more complex requirements then we recommend allowing 8 weeks for the process.
And how much does it cost?
Website design needs to look good on desktop AND mobile, function properly, and be designed so Google can find it.
It also needs to be secure to minimise the risk of hacking, and easy to amend if your business changes.
We recommend a budget of $1500 upwards, to ensure that all of the above considerations are done properly (no corners cut.)
Cheap, poor quality websites do not benefit your business and its an investment that pays for itself very quickly once you start getting website traffic.
