Real Estate Signage
At Easyaz, we offer a comprehensive range of real estate signage services; from single signboard installations to ongoing installations. Whether you are a one-time customer or an ongoing client, we can provide a tailored solution to meet your needs. We also offer associated services such as corflute pointers, stickers, a frames and flags, as well as larger signage such as fleet graphics and office signage.
1. Pricing
If you want a custom quote for a single install, please let us know the following information:
- The type of sign (sale/lease/custom photoboard)
- Board size for the actual sign face
- Quantity required
- Installation location(s)
- Any special finishes or requirements

2. Ordering online or via email
You can order your signboard installation online using our online ordering system – request a login by emailing realestate@easyaz.com.au. Alternatively, if you prefer to place an order via email then please send all your details through to our team at realestate@easyaz.com.au and they will be happy to assist you with this process.
3. Board design (stock boards and custom)
Whether you require stock boards or custom photoboards, our expert designers will work with you to create a design mockup that meets your requirements. Throughout the process, we can offer up to two rounds of revisions included in our base sign pricing to ensure that the final product is exactly what you envisioned. Further changes (after the inital design + 2 revisions) may be charged at our discretion.
4. Production Of Your Signboard
Once your design is approved, we will begin production of your signboard using high quality materials and modern printing techniques. Depending on the size of board, production can take anywhere from 1-4 business days before it is ready for installing in Melbourne and Gippsland areas, however 99% of orders are installed within 24-48 hours of approval.
5. Installation In Melbourne And Gippsland
We install around Melbourne and Gippsland Monday – Friday – your board will be scheduled for the next available installation run, however if theres a particular day you prefer (eg if having photography done first) please ensure you advise our team when placing your order. You can also send us specific location instructions to ensure the sign is where your vendor prefers it. Our installers take a photo of all installs which can be accessed immediately via our online system or we can email it through to you.
6. Removals
Our pricing (unless specified) includes removal when the property is no longer on the market – you can order the removal via our online system or email us to request removal.
7. Payment
For new customers payment must be made prior to printing before installation commences (credit card/direct deposit). If you are an existing customer we have weekly billing cycles with all payments due within 7 days from date of invoice (credit card/direct deposit). Contact us today for more information!
