collection faq

If you’ve received an SMS from Easyaz, your order is ready for collection.

Before you arrive

Payment must be made prior to or at the time of collection, unless written trading terms have been authorised.

Anyone authorised by your business can collect on your behalf.

Collection hours

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.

As we’re a small team, the office is not always continuously manned.

If you are making a special journey or travelling from outside the local area, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability before you arrive.

Other options

Out-of-hours collection can be arranged by prior agreement.

Local delivery is available for a small fee, subject to location.
