1. Key terms to understand

Before you place your order, it’s essential to understand some key terms related to customized apparel. These include:

Printing Techniques

We offer various printing techniques such as direct-to-garment printing, screen-printing, heat transfer printing, and vinyl printing. Each method has its advantages and produces different results.

Embroidery

We use embroidery when the design needs high durability and a professional look. Embroidery is a technique that uses stitches to create a design.

Artwork Requirements

We require high-quality vector artwork (preferably in EPS or Ai file format) for both printing and embroidery. The higher the quality of the artwork, the better the final product looks.

2. Getting your quote

To get an accurate quote, please provide us with the following information:

  • Type of product (e.g., t-shirt, polo shirt, cap, hoodie, etc.)
  • Please note embroidery will only be done on apparel purchased from Easyaz, our supplier range can be viewed here: https://www.winningspirit.com.au/
  • Quantity needed
  • Desired color(s)
  • Sizes – please note artwork will be scaled to suit smallest size and not enlarged for larger garments
  • Printing or embroidery preferences
  • Size and orientation of print (if applicable)
  • Artwork needs and preferences
  • Deadline for collection

With this information, our expert team will work with you to develop an accurate quote that includes pricing and turnaround time.

3. Approving your quote

Once you approve your quote via email, we will issue your invoice which needs to be paid in full prior to production. This confirms your commitment to the order and initiates the next stage of the process.

4. The graphic design process

Using the apparel background and your logo/text, we will provide you with up to one design and two rounds of revisions. You’ll have the chance to review the design through our online artwork approval system before production begins and request any changes.

5. Production

The production stage can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the type of product and quantity required. Please note that our production time doesn’t include shipping or delivery.

6. Payment

We require payment in full prior to production. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers (banking details will be on your invoice).
